Default Electric Tooth Brush Safe to Clean Indian Heads?

I have around 30 Indian Heads now. I've cleaned them with distilled water using a Q-tip and tooth picks. Is there anything wrong with hitting them with an electric tooth brush and distilled water? Could it potentially lower the value?

Also, does the wax method to give them 'pop' reduce the value at all?
