Pilots carry their own set of headphones when they fly. Try EBay or on-line stores that carry pilot gear.

I use a tough rubbermaid container for mine. Nothing fancy, but it keeps them from getting crushed in my larger case.
You can get those plastic cases with pluck-able foam inserts which could be good for detecting gear (especially $120 headphones!) ... They're not perfect fit, but close. I've seen these at that size for $40-50 One of these days I'm going to get a hot-wire-knife and learn how to make cases like this for detecting gear. __________________ |

You've got me to thinking. Harbor Freight sells these cool Aluminum Cases in different sizes and they come with foam blocks inside, I think. If it's solid foam, an electric carving knife works great for cutting foam. Let's see if one of those will work. I'd like to have one too.
And, don't forget to take your 20% discount coupon with you and also your coupon for something free. Flashlight, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc. I've a box full of those things that I give to the Grandkids to help them start out their tool boxes. If you don't know about the coupons, they are in all kinds of magazines and newspaper ad sections. EKW __________________ |
