Thanks digitup. Im game anytime. Im basically retired now at 33 and enjoying life and detecting. If you want to get with Brian and make plans im open to anything. I know some back streets that are behing Bull run in manassas and Im gonna go door knocking to get us some leads. I prefer to go with others "for safety issues" and im not the type that wont keep my locations hush hush. Hey if you find gold and I find trash, well I guess it was just meant to be. Thats how I roll and live life. Anywas my friend im gonna go and try and get atleast 3 yeards that have big acres for us to metal detect on. Again anytime is good for me

I'm going... can't wait. Camping and detecting, doesn't get better than that.

Yeah count me out for the RR too. Maybe next time. How did I miss the Virginia thread???

Anyway I'm near Richmond, and would love to get a group together sometime.

Sorry Wolf, this thread is reserved for those that don't have an awesome bayonet they dug up and then made a video of the electrolysis bath to clean it up...haha!!

Seriously though not sure how you missed the Va thread, it's where the cool kids hang out...

Looks like I am out of the RR too, had some stuff come up that conflicts with that event.

Hey come on!!! What can I say, Im just a professional.....LOL! No...Just got lucky that day. I'm not good at all when it comes to the videos. They take too much time to edit and upload. I need a better camera, I just use my Iphone. Maybe we all can find a spot and do our own Relic Rescue, that doesnt cost $200.

Saving $200 sounds like a good plan!

Richmond Virginia right here, right in the capitol of the Confederacy. I've hunted my share of the seven days battles including Glendale, Malvern Hill, Seven Pines, and even a little at Cold Harbor. Love the history around here the permission is just hard to come across, and the worst part is everything out here is hunted over and over and your lucky to find anything anymore.

Just let me know who wants a case of beer and I'm ready to go, of course you have to be 21.

After the DIV hunt.
