First ring i've found! Need VALUE estimate!
The ring has an engraving of something that looks like VB or VS or something then a 750. It also has the girls name and a date of the wedding or engraving (I searched all the lost and found forums for it) anyways, it has white gold and yellow. Im stoked about it

It looks like it might be 18K gold. At this moment market price for gold is $38.49 per gram for 18k. Weigh it and you will have your answer. Note that a gold buyer will offer you less than full value, as they have to make a profit.
If you haven't yet tried to find the original owner you might want to. Since you have a name and date there is a small chance you could track her down. The ring might be worth more to her than melt value, but even without a cash reward many MDers think returning a precious item is its own priceless reward.

I would guess you would get about $200 scrap price. If you could weigh it you would know. As far as returning it? That's up to you in the end. I would scrap it, you've checked for a lost ad already. A plain band does not resell as jewelry well at all! Scrap it.

I found the exact ring, it has a weird set of markings then says 10k gold filled? That must be a real gold version of the same ring/wedding band? GL and HH.......Pat
