why do people wear jewlery?

Oh, come on ya'll! Tsk! As for me, as a woman, I wear jewelry that means something to me. I wear my wedding rings, of course, but I also wear rings that my husband got for me over the years. I wear a gorgeous necklace that is gold with a cross of precious stones that a dear friend gave me. It's been on my neck for more than 8 years, and would break my heart to lose it. I wear jewelry from time to time that my children gave me... some precious in the worldly sense, some precious just to me.

It is sort of ironic the same people who are over the moon at finding jewelry seem repulsed by people wearing it. Another point is that if I had 10k into coins it would be accepted, so what's the difference? Well I can tell you one difference, you can wear jewelry where as coins just sit!

I don't wear jewlery except my wedding band and a cheapo watch, but love to find it because it makes me money or my wife happy when I find something she likes!!!

trolllllled, hmmmmmm, why does this pearson always start a thread and never comeback to it, Ive read all his threads and something just dont seem right....and so far he dont know how old he is...31...17...16....whats next 11? it is somewhat entertaining though...havnt seen a pic. posted of his machine, self, finds, park and so on. Lets see wat the next post will be...maybe he will find some gold coins like Fred told him. we shall see........

I agree. Seems to me each post is carefully worded to stir people up to react. At least in my opinion. Each post seems to almost contain at least one statement that will inflame those of us who love this hobby.
