Have the classified ads rules changed?

I'm just curious if the rules for posting in the classifieds has changed. I thought that you had to have 100 posts to post there. Also, I thought there was a rule about bumping and updating your own thread. Not to mention the negative and unnessessary post that some other members are making on peoples ads. Have the mods stopped monitoring this forum?

Rules are suspended, but we still monitor it for obvious spam, offensive language and such.
