Has anyone used corn cob media in there tumbler?that what I used to clean ammo brass.

It might be gentle enough to clean something of value that you don't want harmed, but to clean dirty stained clad you need something a little more aggressive like aquarium gravel with a squirt of dish soap and water. Crushed walnut shells are gentle but effective also for the delicate stuff. Good luck. : )

Thanks,my buddy cleaned my finds with gravel and dish soap they came out ok but not as clean as I thought they wood.

make sure ya only fill the tumbler barrel half way with coins and gravel and then just enough water to cover the mix, i use automatic dishwashing detergent (cascade) it doesn't foam up makin a mess
