This bracelet id'ed on my Omega at a solid 98 in all directions. Does anyone know what type of metal this may be? It weighs a little over 11g and looks like it may have been silver plated. When I get a 98 it is usually a rusted nail, that's why I am asking. The bracelet is not magnetic. Thanks

Looks silver to me. Does it have any markings?

Try the water test, I used it for the first time the other day.. If you have a scale that can read to hundredths (0.00) it's best. Weigh it on the scale, note weight. Then fill a cup, big enough to suspend it in w/o touching the walls of the cup, w/ water. Place the cup on the scale and zero/tare it. Suspend the bracelet w/ fishing line just below the surface of the water and write down the reading. Divide the weight of the bracelet by the displacement of water reading and if it's 10.5 it's silver.
