Went to my first meeting with this Simi Valley group last night and found great people from all over the area, even a recent Storage Wars star.

No attitudes, just great folks that have a great time detecting.

I'm going to join - if you are in the area, consider the club. They meet every third Thursday at the Simi Valley Senior Center.

California Detectorists - Club is having a beach hunt at Zuma Beach (North of Malibu) THIS Saturday (TOMORROW) morning. Come out and try your luck at 7AM - LOW TIDE. No better opportunity to learn and perhaps find some goodies, plus you will get to meet many of the members.
