Bounty Hunter Sharpshooter I ~Fix it?

I have an old Bounty Hunter Sharpshooter I that doesn't seem to work as good as it should. I've had this for years and was wondering if I should get it fixed and maybe the best place to take/ship it for repair? By the way does anyone know how much this model was sold for?
