anybody use coil covers when detector in use?

I always use coil covers over my coils.

Every time. Keeps me out in the field instead of sidelined for repairs, protects my investment and keeps my resale value high.

I never, ever hunt without one.

Coil covers are cheap to replace.

Coils, not so much.

the only place i don't use a coil cover is on the beach

After the 20 minutes it takes putting one on an AT Pro coil (especially the 5x8), I'll never take it off again!
