I just can't imagine finding such a coin, and since I live in Colorado, gold coins are always on my mind especially when I head up into the back country. I missed this whole thread until just now. What an incredible find, you guys are on a roll over there, I like it.

My Coin World magazine has the $5 coin at $525 for VF-20 as an example.
