Your Opinion

I just hunted a terrific old mill site near a river. It had a few old stone foundations. I found an old spoon and a belt buckle. My ACE 250 keep indicating very strong at the base of a small tree near the water. After about 20 min. of digging around the root, it appears that the object is actually embedded into the tree. I didn't want to harm the tree, but would love to know your thoughts on what this might be.
