Default KT just loves Thursdays.....

cause that's when He gets another 4 boxes of halves to hunt!

Today the weather is so nice, and got in one hunt early this morning....am going to be torn between CRHing some halves this afternoon or being back outside hitting a site with the ATPro some more!

May try to do both! Got a small park about 1 mile from my house...thinking about doing about an hour there with the MD before going home to eat and CRH....

Good Luck with whichever hunting you do. I feel sorry for people who don't have anything to DO, and say they're bored! : )

Default Both silver AND gold in this 4 box run!

HEY HEY HEY Well here is the results of my 4 box hunt...almost got completely skunked for silver but not quite...was into the 3rd box and picked out a nice 64 90%er! Boy I shouted! And the wife came to see what I had gotten!

And this is the strangest thing ever!! Ever seen one of those gold plated Kennedy halves that Franklin Mint sells...one of 4 in a set for around $20...well busted open a roll and out it came! Amazingly good condition considering how soft 24K gold is! Looked it up on ebay and they are being offered for from $5 to $6 each...so it is a keeper just due to the oddity of it!

Got 2 proofs, one older and not so pretty and one 2000S that is really nice and clean. And 13 NIFCs....So all in all, not too shabby a hunt...lot of fun anyway and glad I did not get skunked on the silver! Rather have one of those 64s rather than 2 40%ers any day!

Pics show it all!

Way to go King, Always a Lady and I have been CRHing as well. We will pick a box up this evening. We have had several skunks (stinky box as she calls it) in a row so I hope we can hit some silver. 5 boxes in a row of clad but we have also found quite a few low mintage NIFC's. Good luck and I will report after the box is completed.

Dump of the first $1000 at the bank today from this hunt resulted in $1.35 in overage from the machine and the recovery of a dime and 8 pennies from the adjacent trash can. Bank personnel dumped those in the can cause they were sticky and gumming up the machine! Felt like they have honey or syrup on them when I grabbed them!! HA HA HA

Dump this morning of the remaining halves from this hunt resulted in $3.90 overage so that totals out to $5.09 extra for this run! YTD overage is a bit over $123.00 !! The Queen now is trying to get me to start running $6000 a week in CRH but I told her I ain't retired yet! KT feels He would need 3 banks to buy from and 3 banks to dump at with that much! And no one else in the Castle is assisting the King!

KT has to admit tho, the offer is VERY tempting just to try it one time! If He started carrying that much coinage around, KingTotsalot thinks He would need to upgrade the Royal Chariot to an Armored Royal Chariot!
