Minelab bag

Question for anyone who has the Minelab MD carry bag: Did it come with a shoulder strap?

I ordered a new Etrac with some accessories including the bag and received them today. I noticed the nice connection points for a strap, but couldn't find a strap in the package. Just wondering if I should have received it.

Looking forward to swinging the Etrac this weekend.
