Default Is this my second King Stephen

Found this hammered coin this morning which looks similiar to a King Stephen penny i found alsmost two year ago.I am hoping this is the second one i have found although this is one is nowhere near as fine as the first they are still as rare as hens teeth.

Any help would be much appreeciated.

Hope you see this Jay!
