A Little Bit Of Gold, A little Bit Of Silver!!

And I do mean a "little bit"!!

This tiny stud earing is the smallest piece of gold I have ever found!

The silver earing is clearly marked Italy.

Otherwise it was a "Watch Out The Waves Don't Swamp Your Waders" and "what? another sinker?" kinda day.

Wind out of the west/south west creates some pretty rough ground swells and until the tide gets low enough for sand bars to act as breakwaters and slow the waves, it can be touch and go for a while.

Even with gauntlets and a rain jacket over my waders I managed to ship a little water, but as the day was mild for February it wasn't unbearable.

Recovering 47 targets, Mr. Dual Field, Diablo and this Old Hunter had another real workout, performing flawlessly I might add!!

2 hours of wave dancing and 2 of hunting sheltered water made for an OK hunt which makes this Old Hunter appreciate calmer days.
