Default Found a Mermaid and Some Other Goodies
I haven't had a chance to post lately, so what you see is from my last 3 times out. The beaches of southern CA have not been in a giving mood lately. All told the pictures represent about 15 hours of hunting.

The three rings together are a mixture of tungsten and stainless steel. The ring by itself is a very small child's ring stamped .925 at 1.07g. The 14k gold ring and earring total 10.37g.

Got my mom and dad coming in from Chicago this week. Going to get him out for at least one hunt. He is going to use my Excal and I'm going to try my new Dual Field for the first time. I'll let you know how we faired.

Looks like you have a good spot for finds. Good luck to you on your hunt. Just keep the two machines away from each other. They don't like to be close.

That is a neat little mermaid. Sort of reminds me of those Swedish fish candies.

Great to see that starfish again congrats on those sweet finds.
Good luck with the DF takes some getting use to but a great machine. Go though all Craig's posts on using the DF it'll help you a lot.
