Default obsidian Point / drill /awl

Found this yesterday while hunting on a sandbar in my favorite salt marsh. Thought you guys might like to see it. Still trying to narrow down what it is exactly.

Looks like a small drill.I don't think the lithics is Obsidian,most likely black chert or flint.Great find

Hard to tell if it's obsidian or not. An obsidian artifact in Virginia would be an amazing find and really highlight the trade of materials among tribes. It has the form of a drill but the size of a "bird point." A most interesting find! Congrats!
