If you are speaking about for posting in threads then you need to hosting them on a site is easiest. There are free sites like Flikr for that. Then you use either the insert image on the top bar of the posting box or image tags. Image tags are[img]the url.com/of where the image is/number.jpg [/img] all without the spacing. Using the inset image is easier for most people.

Tinypic and imageshack both don't require you to sign up to use.

Just save the images from the e-mail to your computer then upload them to one of those sites.

After you upload the image at the bottom you should see something that says "Forum Code"

You can also insert them as atttachments, they will appear after your message. I send them from my phone to email, then dl them to my hard drive. Before you upload them as attachments, you most likely will have to resize them. I use gimp, but most similar programs have the option to resize as well. If yours does not, google irfanview . It's a free program that does. I believe the maximum size is 800x800 and 195k for jpegs. To see all the info, scan down past the submit and preview buttons to the manage attachments button. Once you click on that, it has a list of all the criteria. I
