Default Detached Finger with Rubber?

Found this on the beach next to a finger cast, can anyone ID it? HH Rick

I got a pretty good idea what it is, but I aint saying. Let's say it was bought in a toy shop. good luck... Name withheld

Are you trying to say that is a ... uh .... "Rooster hoop"? I think I understand what kind of "toy shop" that came from ... not that I would frequent them, mind you, but I've heard about those places.
