Smile This time three's not a crowd!

Did a little group hunt with 73-77A (Bruce) and Cfmct-PI (Craig) at a park in Stratford this AM. Had a great time. I took the skunk, with no silver. The other guys got a Merc a piece. But, I did manage to get a complete pocket watch today, my second in a row. Yesterday's was just the shell. There's no writing on it, so I have no idea how old it may be. Other that that, I got some clad, a 1950-S Wheat, and a cool karate medal. The old toy car was found by Craig, but he didn't want it. I ended up with it. Sweet!

Bruce actually lost this dime and we were all scouring the area to help find it. Luckily it didn't go far and Bruce tracked it down.

Looks like a Zeppelin car. Hey, were those places that I mentioned in the PM too far for you?

I ended up with $10.66 in clad, a dozen Wheats, and just the one silver, a '44 Merc. Was good to meet you, Chris, and the hunt was enjoyable as always. We'll have to do it again before the freeze-up!

I would clean up the pocket watch to see if it has any value. If you can pop the back off you may find enough info to determine if it has any value as a collector's piece.
