Default Warm day and Ace 250

The batteries got put back in the Ace 250 today and went out for a bit in my yard, several newer pennies as usual but did find a 1897 V nickle and 1889 Indian head, both being a first for me and if I didn't have to go to work today I'd be out till dark.

Sorry no camera to take pics, any recommendations? but both look in real decent shape except for color discoloration, I have found newer pennies in worse condition than the IH.

Im gettin ready and the boss calls, wife gets off tonight,

Nice finds PaDigger! I love those IHs! The oldest coin I've found in my yard was a 1951D wheat penny, not bad considering the house was built in the late 50s. I gotta get out there and finish hunting. Good luck, keeps these finds coming!!

Congrats. Man, to find coins that old in your own yard would be a dream come true.
