I frequent Insurgentgopherhunters about twice a week, as some of the guys are local to me, and the Finds forums for the Explorer specific info about the same amount. I'm here EVERY day and most times Early AM and also PM. I think that says a lot. Great people make a great forum.

I agree with Gil. This is by far the best forum out there when it comes to the quality of people that belong to it. Great advice whether you are a newbie or a seasoned pro. Thanks Carol, Vlad, Admins, and Moderators for such a great site!

I shall not stray...

1.
a. To move away from a group, deviate from the correct course, or go beyond established limits.
b. To become lost.
2. To wander about without a destination or purpose; roam. See synonyms at wander.
3. To follow a winding course; meander.
4. To deviate from a moral, proper, or right course; err.
5. To become diverted from a subject or train of thought; digress. See synonyms at swerve.

I haven't been here long and also belong to two other forums. I agree that this one is absolutely awesome. I have actually learned a lot from all the forums and plan to continue to surf all of them. What I love about this hobby is everyone seems willing to share and is welcoming regardless of the forum. Having been involved in several hobbies over the years, I have never seen a tighter, friendlier group than metal detectorists. Thanks to everyone in the hobby and I hope to have the knowledge one day to help others in the hobby the way I have been assisted by all.

Christopher

I hear ya, Mega.
