Hmmm my Ace250 was much easier to understand
just kidding. Yes It will take a time to understand all the songs that you hear but that is what makes it special. I had only 15 minutes so far to test it and let me say pinpointing is not a problem. If you follow instruction it is easy. To be cont'd... __________________ |

Hi all, I have been out of Metal Detecting for a fair while and was looking at the E Trac and noticed it seems to be rated very highly for salty area`s etc.
How good are detectors these days dealing with salt / beach mud etc etc. cheers all mrix |

I hear pulse induction machines are GREAT for very mineralized ground such as the beach soil. If I am right the E trac is still a VLF machine, but they somehow outperform other VLF detectors in the same soil type, I havent done enough research to know why, maybe someone here can enlighten me.

Since not much is said on this forum (I feel alone in Minelab section under E-Trac users sub-forum) try not the best one but more "active" http://www.findmall.com/list.php?63
