Default First Mercury

After searching a 1942 torn down house site over 15 times in the past 4 months, alone and with others, finding 19 wheats and other interesting items, I finally found the first silver and my first Mercury. Just goes to show that persistance can sometimes payoff. Thanks for looking.

Congrats on that dime. I have dug a few of those, And I can tell ya every time feels like the first time for me. They are pretty coins. I'd grid that place out and go slow. Got to be more in there. HH

Certainly is a classic looking coin, and you found an old one! I bet it was a huge relief, good job and enjoy the moment!
