The scanner doesn't work too well on objects that aren't flat, but I was too lazy to use the camera I found this over the weekend along with a wheat, cub scout woggle and neat looking key. The pendant is sterling silver and marked as "SORRENTO". I looked it up and it was made between 1950 and 1955. The stone is cut hematite. Apparently it's collectable antique jewelry. Cool. I went to a spot I've pounded before with the MXT and wanted to see what I could find with the DFX. Just goes to show you don't always find everything.
