I think im gunna order one tonight1) Remove OEM cuff.
2) Chunk it in the garbage can.
3) Install new Jeff Herke cuff.

Mine also came with the Herke cuff... if you go with pvc... A tip.. if you have a heat gun you can heat it and shape as you wishNice work! My used Etrac came with the Herke metal cuff and the juncture looks exactly like your repaired one. That is one nice, neat, well "mounded-up" finish from your work.
JB Weld woulda been good for that job. I can't see a reason why yours won't manage just fine.
Here is a pic of my Herke cuff juncture. Both sides are the same. I assume that's how Herke metal cuffs are made.
