Finally found my first cache of coins...

I'm excited because I finally found a cache:yes:
I think it was hidden by a kid and it isn't big but I still did the dance:lol:
The newest coin was a 1956 wheat penny and the oldest was a 1918 penny.
There is also silver, but I guess kids didn't carry much in those days:no:

I keep checking this page waiting for people to post about cache finds, but it rarely happens. It's my dream! What an awesome find, SO COOL!
 
Yep! Thats a wonderful 'Kids Cache' alright! I once found 7 wheat pennies in a cigar tin buried underneath an old oak out in the woods...you could tell it was the perfect tree to build a tree house in, and all the nails confirmed that...Excellent find Plymouth!

That's really cool!
Once I found two buffs, two Mercs and a couple wheaties stacked in one hole.
That was a blast:D
