First real Civil War site I have been on. Old fort sites, which have not been actually located, but after a pile of shotgun stamps I wandered over a large elevated grass field and first dug the cannister shot. Soon after we started pulling tons of grape shot and muskets, tons of round shrapnel and a few other relics. Some favorites from this one were probably the cut mini ball, and cut musket. Bill also dug a cannon ball fuse cap yesterday before we headed out. The owner is incredibly nice and invited us back anytime! Thanks all!!
