Live close to mexico? try to get these silver coins

I found one at a school in KS in 2014. It was a 20 Peso. Silver center is 1/4 oz of Sterling.

I have tried crh'ing for them here, no dice. As soon as the centers were worth more than the coin everyone and their brother knew it and melted...

I found this earlier this year, don't think it got any silver in it. Found up north in my town and there's a lot of Mexican family live around this park that I found it in. HH

Bi-metallic Mexican $10 Pesos coins

Is there any silver in it?

The best I know, the bi-metallic $10 Nuevos Pesos from 1992-1995 had silver.
When the coins changed back to the normal $10 Pesos the coins inner core was changed to a copper mix.
$10 Mexican bi-metallic peso has an outer ring of Aluminium Bronze (92% copper, 6% aluminium, 2% nickel) and an inner core of Bronze (65% copper, 25% zinc, 10% nickel)

$10 Nuevos Pesos:
1992-1995.....Coin weight 11.18 grams/Silver weight 5.604 grams/0.925 Troy Oz (92.5)
The bi-metallic outer ring of Aluminium Bronze (92% copper, 6% aluminium, 2% nickel) and an inner core of Silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper)

Hope this helped more...
