Can a small town library really help you find places to hunt for old coins and relics?

You bet!

In this show, learn which parts of your library's collection seem to help but really don't, and which parts can actually lead you to local treasure.

And pick up on some tips on how to find information in your library that remains hidden to other people.

Listen at http://thetreasurecorner.com.

Id like the chance to meet you sometime Dan. Maybe we could go swing at one of these old school sites I got lined up.

I sure do miss Rantoul! I wanted to retire there and then the BRAC killed my dreams. Luckily, I found a little town very similar down here by Scott AFB. I love looking in our library's historical section for clues about old parks and carnivals, etc.

Did you guys listen to the piece about how the government is eliminating dollar coins? It's been in the news a little lately.

I think it is a huge mistake.
