This post just reminding me of a dump I found on a creek about ten years ago. I believe it was an old moonshine shack from prohibition era but I believe there were even older bottles there as well. I think I’m gonna make a trip there soon. I remember the shack being filled with bottles along with the surrounding ground.

Just a side note: This pump picture illustrates that even in the "middle of nowhere" there could once have been activity. I tried to get back to this place but never could refind this pump, or, maybe someone else found it.
