I went out of the house today for a short time with the Ace 250, 1st spot a few clad coins and an old shot gun slug about 10 gage. About 80 yards from their I found an old shot gun primer laying on top of the dirt. 2nd spot of the day the detector was going nuts and I dug deep to find ground was frozen . I was going to give up and get home before the wife starts up and as I was working back to my truck I decided to lower the sensitivity way down and only dig finds that were shallow to avoid the frozen ground that was deeper down. I than worked the grass strip along the road back to my truck. I dug some trash and then next to my truck I get a hit, 4 inch down from a penny to dime. So I take a plug and out pops a 1951 silver dime, Yes
