Hey everyone, was able to get out last week to hunt a spot with a buddy that he has permission for. Its a ploughed farm field in a town that dates back to mid 1600's. The finds are just unreal and drip with age! Wish I had found a silver coin, they were found, just not by me unfortunately. Oldest silver that has come out so far was a hammered silver and a 1691 cut French silver. A few spectacle buckle fragments have been unearthed here as well, a couple of spearpoints too. Hoping to get back to this site soon, I just havent been hunting much, and time has been very scarce to even post finds. I apologize for the crappy photos. That Hibernia is cleaning up very nicely, I will post a picture when I'm done with my fingernail and toothpick cleaning appreciate the looks and until next time, happy hunting!
