I like HP like the rest of you, but I prefer older muscle. My project for the next few years is a '73 Ford Thunderbird. Heavily optioned car, air, cruise control, power brakes, power everything inside, leather seats. The only option not checked was the sunroof. All original with a 460-4v, C-6 automatic, with a Ford 9"rear. The two best things are the extremely low mileage at 13,864 on the clock, and we saved her from being scrapped! Our cost? $300.00. We have some restoration because it sat for 30 years on a slab but the carport was not long enough and there is some rust on the hood and the quarters need a little love, solid floors and frame, heck it still had the original bias ply tires (dry-rotted beyond use) and all 5 matched (full size spare). It is going to be a fun build.
