They are excellent on a minelab. Hard to beat them. Only down fall is that they add a little more weight to the machine.

I love my Sunray X1. It does add a little weight, but honestly....after the first day swinging with it, I don't even notice it. I love being able to differentiate between 2 different targets in a hole. Don't have to worry about losing it either.

I absolutely LOVED my X-1 probe on my E-Trac, and I still miss it 2 years later with the CTX.

Not only do they add weight, but on the explorers they really throw off the balance. Not sore about other machines.

I have two of them mounted on a White MXT300 and another on an M-6 None better however I cannot find them on the internet any more.
I believe Sunray no longer makes them :-(

Thanks I am really glad I have two of them. I have had them for several years not getting much use lately but I am ready to start again this winter. Is sunray even in business at all anymore?
