Only had one jewelry find, I thought it was copper but cleaned it and it looks like it is rose gold. There are no markings. The stone is huge so I figure its fake (9mm in diameter). Have to wait until next year for anymore finds, the lake is clean!

Rule number ONE,and I’m sure you know....NEVER assume one way or the other,and never throw anything away until you KNOW what it is! That’s a pretty cool looking piece!
 
Took the stone out and definitely fake.

And it does appear to be copper, at least mostly.

Amen! Found a 10k chain in my junk this year. (Wait... that didn't come out right).
