Wow, looks like you had a great day! Gold and silver, Congrats!! Things were a little slow here in the Harrisburg area today!:lol:

I bet that got the ticker pumpin when you turned that clump over! Congrats on the gold and silver!

Awesome ring!

Better check that scale, that ring looks more like a 10 or 12 gramer....

A new nickel should weigh 5...

<°)))>{

I was thinking the same thing. It looks like a honker to me. Congrats with the great finds!

I weighed a newer nickel,its 5 grams..That ring is thick but it's a womans wedding ring.I found it in a yard of a unoccupied home,it's from the late 1800s.But I think from the initials I may have located who the owner is,if she is still alive.A older lady down the street knew her and said she remembers her losing it a long time ago.i would give it back in a minute,if I can find her.Wedding rings are personal items.

I like the in-situ pix of the ring still in the clod. That would be such a cool story if you can re-unite it based on the initials + home yard/found in etc....

Beautiful ring! I hope you can return it as well. Good luck!

Oldest find- 1958 wheat penny.

Wow! A day with gold and silver is a great day! Congrats WB.
