I finally got a new spot . An old sport field in which is getting a new sprinkler system and lawn .My Brother in law got us both permission to hunt there .

I figured I'd have a chance to pick up a few silver coins , boy was I wrong .
Of all the coins I got there was only one Wheat , a crusty 1944 . The only other coin I got that was from the silver age was a 1957 Canadian penny . I ended up with $10.92 in spendable money which for me is an exceptional day.

I did find silver in the form of 2 rings . Also found was a junk key medallion , 2 identical model Hot wheels , 2 marbles and a lead fishing sinker .

In the words of General Douglas McArthur "I shall return " I put in just a little under 5hrs . I stayed hydrated but the heat was still
a bit more than I cared for .
