Hey Folks, I have been detecting an 1890's park recently, and have pulled some pretty good stuff. I have been hunting a large old grove of trees in the middle of the park. Judging by the age of some of these finds, and what I have pulled here before, there may have been a house here prior to the park being established, sometime towards the middle 1800's. The half dollars were a real surprise, but they were in some moisture ridden areas, you can tell by the staining. The Barber half had an early wheat penny attached to it in the clump. The Seated dime was from a hunt from the weekend prior to this past weekend when I dug Everything else. Well, thanks for looking Everyone, and HH! :)
