Yesterday I went back to my favorite location in the woods and stumbled upon another button at 11 inches. The other day I'd been no more than 50 or so feet from this same spot when I found my American Navy button from the same timeframe. I'm really struggling to find examples that don't have either a rope or a serpent running around the anchor. The only similar example I could find is telling my it is either a Captain's or Surgeon's button from the War of 1812 era. Does anyone with more experience with Royal Navy buttons have any ideas? The mark on the back reads "TREBLE GILT".

Never mind, it looks like it's a Royal Navy Surgeon at Sea/Captains button first produced around 1805.
