1888 Indian in Change...

Received this in my change at the self check out. Received a 1937 Wheat few years ago, but this is better than anything I've found with my detector.

Sorry about the sideways picture, I edited it and saved right side up. Unfortunately, every time I attach, its still sideways.

Wow, that is a fantastic store change find, congrats !!!! :shock:

It was hard to find those in change even when I was a kid.

Not sure why your try to post it upright didn't work :?:, I put it in windows paint and rotated 90 degrees and it held after posting -

That's neat! I've never got an Indian in change.

I have gotten a 1909 VDB wheat cent once and a 1939 German 1 Reichsfennig before. Always wished coins could talk and tell me their journey to my hand.
