Thanks .For the most part, the newer the bill, the more collectors will insist on higher grades. The lower grades have value, but you have to look harder for a buyer. Tape repairs pretty much make a bill a "filler", star note or not. They have some collector value, but most dealers probably have sufficient inventory and wouldn't offer you much.

Nope, total junk. I'll take 'em off your hand at face value.lol I would definitely hang onto them,they are pretty cool anyway.
