Looking for a great gold detector, what do you recommend and what gold detectors don't work? Also, any views or thoughts on the Nokta AU? Thanks...
Where do you plan on hunting for gold??

The GPZ 7000 works really well on large, deep targets and also on smaller nuggets, but if you're in an area that's more well known for tiny nuggets (flakes!), then the SDC would be the better choice.
But if you can afford the GPZ, then go for it!
Reading some threads by prospectors out in western USA,,I wished there were gold nuggets where I live.
Would be great to hunt nuggets.
