Started the week end out on Friday evenin with the down town evening car show in Davison Michigan. It was reported that 297 cars were there From a 1919 Model T to a New 2018 Ford GT 40

We didn't set up any shows for Saturday because the weather forecast was calling for rain. Our area didn't recieve more than a short sprinkly about 9:30 AM.

Sunday we drove to Clinton Township for a car show at the K of C hall. Not a huge turn out only about 125 cars and bikes showed up.
Some really nice cars were on display. How ever I had for got to put the SD card in the camera and It doesn't have a internal memory.

We took home the Peoples choice trophy our first big trophy.

Monday morning we got up before the birds and drove to Climax Michigan for the founders day car show. Well over 350 cars spread over about 2 acreas of parking lot tree covered picnic area and the schoold sports complex.

It was hot where every you were parked. Yes even the shade area was hot but those who set up on the asphalt parking lot had the worst. We set up in a grassy area near the base ball diamonds. We had bought a shade canophy last summer so we made our own shade. A fan would have been nice how ever.

We got the farthest traveled plaque.

You got up early so you could reach climax first?  :D

You should know by now you can't come here, and talk about cars without pictures.

Your post is bad, and you should feel bad.

OK Here's some pictures of a '56 Mercury Montclair that showed up at our local Cruise-In t'other night before the rain shut it down...Enjoy!

They gave out a lot of awards and this Willies got one. I don't know who was doing the judgeing or the classes either but some awards didn't make sence to me. This was the only Willies there.

I would guess that the 55 and 56 Ford was a very popular Ford car. See several at any given car show.

I ordered one of these Dodge Coronet 440's in Febuary 1965 so I could have it in the spring. I got my draft notice in March so cancled the order. Attemped to buy a used 66 model when I came home from VN. Dealer only wanted me to by a 67 left over polar.

Nice pics! Your 2nd posting of pics, I'd like to see the blown chevy truck....with a camper shell on it (beside the blue/white ford).

That blown purple ChevyII looks like it may have been a 4 door at one time.

Nice looking trophy you won too
