I found a damp piece of paper at the high tide line. I felt the pull tab and saw writing.
After letting it dry, this is what I found.

Along with that I got a bunch of clad, Disney play earrings and some tungsten.

:laughing: Mean, but funny at the same time.

MoonTzu 06-09-2018 09:11 PM

That's actually hilarious! Besides which, looks like you got a nice haul of clad to make up for it.

I was expecting to see a picture of a troll doll.

Someone was sure patient wrapping that pulltab nice and tight.

I have had pennies tossed in the sand by groups of teens. I believe I have also followed disgruntled people in our hobby down the beach finding their salted pennies. It helps to have a sense of humor. Beating people with a scoop just isn't civilized.

At least they could have used a Felix penny or something...... ;)

Didn't bother.
No one saw me unless they had night vision.

:laughing::laughing: good one!
as for the tab with the note, you'll have to do the same thing but be sure to mention the HUGE gold ring you found that the jokester somehow missed. ;)

Definitely not Roman, but, may be old enough for Civil War. Send it in and have it graded. :p

No, just joking around. Stole it off a Facebook detecting page, thought it was funny as many as I dig.
