Silver Dime and Several Other "Goodies"!

Hey, homies, I went detecting today with blitz, keith, rob, and kev. Ed couldn't seem to find us today, and he kept repeating the same phrase: "Chris, are you metal detecting today with your nephews, uncles, cousins?" I had quite a "good" day, considering that I found a 1908-D Barber dime, a 1903 Injun, a 1906 Injun, a 1912 "V" nickel, and 7 Wheaties. Boy, the 1906 Injun was 7 inches deep.

My brother, Keith, had yet another great day. He found 3 1800s Indian Head cents, a 1936 Buffalo nickel, and 5 Wheats. That guy is pounding away on the Injuns this year; he already has 13 and it's only February! Our club calls him the "Injun King." By the way, Keith's feat today consisted of back-to-back one-handed cartwheels.

Here is a scanned pic of my finds!

Thanks for the support, blitz. Yeah, everyone, Kev found a "V" nickel, a Shield nickel, and an Injun. Our club is really pounding out the old coins.

Great job! You certainly are having a great start for the new year like Terry 55 said. Keep it up.

Here are Keith's Indian Head cents that he found yesterday.

You guys sure do make a good team, and a lot of great finds. Congrats on the nice looking coins. You're providing a lot of inspiration for those of us living on frozen ground. HH!
