Try peroxide baths heat up the peroxide in a microwave first.... beach coins have very little value... I don't even bother trying to clean beach coins except for clad...

My weapon of choice is the Hammer...Sometime you can peal them when they are first dug and still wet. I try and scrap them on my scoop or sifter. Most are to tuff, pennies trash.. nickels, they do fairly well except war nickels.. I trash most of those, to bad to waste time.
All silver gets the hammer and then into the melt pile. Clad quarters, I tumble and use those as change.
As you can see the coins are a mess.

I use pliers Joe, I can crack the cookie or nibble around the edges with pliers when its not thick enough to crack off with hammer..

Thanks for the advice unfortunately I broke it. It’s super thin like an egg shell it will probably be the only one I will ever find I normally hunt the woods so I would just walk by the signal it gave me
