How about an 'update' for Nokta's service center ???

I have made four or five phone calls to Andy at Nokta / Makro Service here in the USA this week. Never an answer so I left messages. Never a return phone call, and I described what service I needed on my Racer 2. Also inquired about a 7" Concentric Racer coil. Never a call-back. What's up with their customer service?

Andy at Wedig is vary hard to get a hold of, not sure Nokta actually knows this as no one has most likely not complained, about it, probably the best thing to do would be to submit a service form through the Nokta site but even that is a crap shoot a lot of times, and it could be that a Racer 2 is not at the top of their detector list to repair, if you are on Facebook I would go into the Legend Knoweldge base group and PM Delik maybe she can get the ball rolling for you
 
I have had much more timely responses (actually very fast) using email and by filling out the online service forms. Andy has called me before. I have not called him.

Maybe 1 to 1½ years ago I called Andy and he answered the phone or returned call quickly. This time? Nope. Several days of calls, messages left, and it wasn't only about a Racer 2 repair. Shouldn't matter anyway because a Service Center should provide service and call to fill the consumer in. But as a Dealer I was also asking if he had a 7" concentric coil, but still nothing. I contacted Dilek and hope to hear an update on this issue.

Any sent me a text this morning. I filled out the Service Request for my Racer 2 and sent it back to him. We have had a couple of back-and-forth texts so all seems well now. Hope to have my mint Racer 2 repaired and ready for springs arrival.

I have to have my second legend fixed for a broken speaker again! Do we have to pay to send these defected machines back? Two broken speakers in 3 months, unreal. I submitted a request on their site, lets see if they respond. Anyone know the turn around time? Gonna sell it when it comes back.

This truly makes me sad. Just shows how fragile life is and how we should treasure every day. And take care of each other. RIP Monte.
